The --db-lock-retry-interval parameter specifies the number of milli-seconds to wait before attempting to get a DB-Config-Lock from the DB-API subsystem. The server will wait this amount of time after a db-lock request fails.

The default value for db-lock-retry-interval is 500 milliseconds (5 seconds).

This parameter can be set via the command line when booting netconfd-pro:

user@system> netconfd-pro --db-lock-retry-interval=30000

or configured in netconfd-pro's configuration file, usually /etc/yumapro/netconfd-pro.conf:

#
#### leaf db-lock-retry-interval
#
# The number of milli-seconds to wait before attempting
# to get a DB-Config-Lock from the DB-API subsystem.
# The range is 10 .. 60000 milli-seconds.
#
# db-lock-retry-interval 500
#
db-lock-retry-interval 30000
