NOTE: The errmsg parameter applies to YumaPro SDK 17.10-7+.

The errmsg configuration parameter for netconfd-pro specifies a replacement string for a specific error number.
This allows developers to customize the error messages broadcast by netconfd-pro.

The replacement string has the following format:

'<num>:<lang>:error string'

where:

<num> = error number to use for error message
<lang> = language code (en for English)
error string = error string text

There is no default value for the errmsg parameter.

The errmsg parameter can be set via the command line when booting netconfd-pro:

user@system> netconfd-pro --errmsg=”117:en:Database write failed”

or configured in netconfd-pro's configuration file, which is located by default at /etc/yumapro/netconfd-pro.conf:

#
#### leaf-list errmsg

# no default for errmsg
