If the with-validate parameter for netconfd-pro is set to "true" then the :validate capability will be enabled. If set to "false", the :validate capability will not be enabled. This capability requires extensive memory resources. The default value is "true".

The with-validate parameter can be invoked via the command line when starting netconfd-pro:

user@system>netconfd-pro --with-validate=false

or configured in the /etc/yumapro/netconfd-pro.conf file:

#### leaf with-validate
#
# If 'true', then the :validate capability will be enabled.
# If 'false', then no validate operation or test-option
# These operations can use lots of memory, so disable
# to reduce runtime memory spikes
#
# with-validate true
with-validate false
