The running-error parameter for netconfd-pro controls the server behavior

if any errors are encountered while validating the running database during

the initial load of the running configuration at boot-time.

If "stop", then errors in the running configuration will be treated as fatal errors.
If "continue", the server will attempt to continue if any validation errors are found
in the running configuration at startup. The default is "stop".

It can be invoked via the command line when starting netconfd-pro:

user@system> netconfd-pro --running-error=continue

or configured in the /etc/yumapro/netconfd-pro.conf file:

#### leaf running-error
#
# Controls the server behavior if any errors are
# encountered while validating the running database
# during the initial load of the running configuration
# at boot-time.
# enum stop
# Terminate the program if any errors are
# encountered in the running configuration.
# enum continue
# Continue the program if any errors are
# encountered in the running configuration.
# Altering the running configuration will fail
# until the commit validation tests succeed.
#
# running-error stop
